Ranges
The Nova Scotia Department
of Natural Resources maintains public access shooting ranges throughout
the Province for use by members of the public. Long guns and hand guns
may be fired on department ranges as approved by the Department of Justice
Provincial Firearms Office and Department ranges may be used for archery.
Persons wishing
to use a Department range are required to contact the appropriate Nova
Scotia Department of Natural Resources office to book the range. Department
staff will confirm the available dates and bookings and will provide
users with all range safety rules.
